This is the recent project which I did with my partner for food design. The concept is revealing food which we use banana as our ingredient. We did alot of experiment with it and this is the result. We intend to create an experience whereby the consumer would eat the banana in a different way instead of just normal way of peeling. In addition there is a flavouring of chocolate that we add in the banana.
